Can an Ultrasound Tech or Sonographer make good money with just an Associate's Degree?

Not quite sure what you mean about learning other specialties on the job. After the coursework you do internship, and that's where you learn to scan everything. Then depending on where you get hired, that's what you'll be doing all day. If you work in a hospital where they do everything you will learn everything. But some hospitals have different areas for different things, like vascular and OB.
